PVC SEWER & DRANAGE PIPES
THREE CLASSES OF STIFFNESS: CR2 – CR4 – CR8
DESCRIPTION
SOTICI U-PVC sewer pipes are supplied in light grey color. Standard lengths of 5,8m (for delivery in 20′ container) and 6m. Pipes are delivered with push fit EPDM rubber ring (type JK) at one end. The male end is chamfered for pipe jointing.
QUALITIES OF SOTICI PIPES
- AHydraulicité : paroi très lisse permettant une vitesse d’écoulement élevée par rapport aux autres matériaux.
- Abrasion : PVC pipes have highest abrasion resistance qualities. They are considered superior to other materials with high resistance to abrasion.
- Corrosion : H2S formation contributes to the corrosion of metal and cement surfaces; SOTICI’s PVC pipes remain unaffected; they are very resistant to corrosion .
- Ovalization : Secure installations due to water tight fittings thanks to EPDM rubber gaskets that tolerate more than 10% deflection, without any leakage.
- Three classes of stiffness : According to different PVC pipe applications, three classes of stiffness are proposed

- Gravity Sewage Networks.
- Waste and Rain water.
JOINTING SYSTEMS
SOTICI PVC pipes are sealed by watertight fittings of “JK” type.
The rubber ring lip seal provides excellent water proofing to the network when counter or internal pressure is applied, and even more, in case of high deflection.
Watertight properties are conserved at 15% deflection.
